Notes: Steve has been planning this forever, but finally got enough vacation time from work to pull it off. And he picked a fine time for it too. The same weekend there is a wooden boat festival on Lake Okoboji. Yet messabouters will be safe from the crowds and wakes 5 miles north on Spirit Lake. Steve says there are almost always non-reservable campsites available there too.
