This is a work in progress. Put your place in the list by writing to mikeduckboatman@gmail.com
Comments here are provided by readers and not Duckworks. The location is based on where the lumber and plywood is physically located. However, for example, it may work out better for someone in New South Wales, Australia to buy from Queensland, Australia. Also, one person buys from Canada and ships to Buffalo and pays the shipping so it is best to scan all the listings.

Boatcraft Pacific (Plywood) - (Near Brisbane, Qld). 6mm pink plywood (Pacific Maple or Meranti hardwood). I ordered four sheets of 8' x 4' plywood at $48 per sheet from Brisbane (10 hours from Lake Macqurie near Newcastle). BoatCraft did not charge me for packing, so I got a free sheet of MDF and a small piece of marine ply thown in all for about $68 delivery. According to the RACQ trip planner, that was a distance of 780km. Mike John

I've ordered meranti [plywood] from https://www.worldpanel.com before, and it seems like I remember calling them and being told there was a discount on shipping within FL, and possibly better if you have it shipped to a commercial address or hub. They are in Riviera Beach. Pete Leenhouts [Also in North Carolina].
World Panel is my choice for high grade materials, but it's probably not the place for novice builders [first project materials ed]. They have locations in South Florida and North Carolina with a wide selection of BS1088 and Lloyd's certified marine plywoods along with charts and data sheets to help you with specific applications. They also carry teak, mahogany, and other exotics and domestic hardwoods used in the marine industry. Nice people, too, if you have a chance to visit. They ship, also: https://www.worldpanel.com Dave Gray
Here's the place I use in Florida; it has other supplies besides ply. https://plywood.boatbuildercentral.com Gary Blankenship
Clearwater Florida, Quality Plywood. https://www.qualityplywoodspec.com It's a wholesale only place so you need to find someone with an account; builder, museum, etc. They have a big selection of plywood and also a huge selection of hardwoods from all over at wholesale prices. Dave Lucas

They are good to deal with. https://www.mainecoastlumber.com cmain56

There is dealer near me in NJ that sells dimensional lumber all in red cedar. If I bought
2x4's I could resaw them down to 5/8" or 3/4" thick planks. Cedar makes a light boat too, never rots and holds paint nicely. Medford Cedar, Medford, New Jersey https://www.medfordcedar.com Scott Catherine

M. L. Condon is the boatbuilding lumber and plywood go-to in the Metropolitan NY City, Northern New Jersey, southern Hudson River Valley and western coastal Connecticut area. They also have a warehouse and sawmill in Stormville NY, a bit north of I-84, and about halfway between the Hudson River and the Connecticut state line. M. L. Condon Lumber Co., 250 Ferris Ave., White Plains NY. www.condonlumber.net, Sapper.
Noah's do have a warehouse in Niagra Falls, NY they list as for shipping only, but then they have a note to call them for pickup instructions. Dale
