Plan F is for Fiberglass. I built a tent over Moby.
Under the tent is a heater. The weather guessers say on Wednesday there will be no rain. With added heat, I think I can get the bottom and seams glassed. This is a double edged sword. I want it to stay warm long enough to finish this boat but I also want a ski season this year.

I fit up the seats today and added the skeg. The seats are a bit different from what most boats of this size have. The seats will be mounted more securely after painting. The long seat is the rowing seat. It allows the rower to sit amidships for solo rowing and forward to balance the boat with a person in the rear seat. There will be two sets of oar locks. The skeg is oak. I figure this will be dragged over barnacles when beaching at low tide so it has to be strong.
